Synopsis
The story centers on a group called the Makai Knights who have secretly defended humanity for centuries by fighting demonic beasts called Horrors. As seven most devilish Apostle Horrors descend into the human world, Kouga Saejima, a knight who holds the title of Garo with the ability to transform into an incredibly powerful golden armored warrior, accepts the mission to hunt down and exterminate them. Joined by three Makai Priests: Akaza, Shiguto and Rekka, they team up to face such powerful enemies...

Born in 1959 in Chiba pref. After graduating from Asagaya College of Art and Design, Amemiya joined Den Film Effect in 1981. In 1983, he established his company CROWD. His filmography includes Zeiram (1991) and Tao no Tsuki (1997). His director credits are also found on many TV programs and his directorial debut on TV was pilot eps #1 and 2 from "Choujin Sentai Jetman" (1991-1992) on TV Asahi.
