Synopsis

Gru, the world's greatest villain, and his Army of Minions launch the biggest heist in history. "Steal the moon!" But accidentally, his secret weapon is stolen by Vector, Gru's tough rival. To steal it back from Vector's fort, which is under super-high security, Gru had no choice but to use three little orphaned girls, as they are the only ones who are allowed to enter the fort. Although being terrible with kids, Gru dares to meet his greatest challenge, adoption. Unexpectedly, as their relationship becomes closer, Gru sees something in himself that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad...

Chris Renaud worked for Marvel Comics and DC Comics from 1994 to 2000. Since moving to Blue Sky Studios, he has worked as a storyboard artist for "Ice Age: The Meltdown" and other epic films.Pierre Coffin worked for EX MACHINA, animation studio, from 1996 as a leading animator and also as executive. Moving to Passion Pictures, he started his career as a director of commercial and animation works.
