Synopsis
Very topical and first time ever, humorous and laconic view of the way billionaires depart our planet earth to travel into outer space for fun. With extraordinary access and never before seen images, the film investigates the emotional oscillations of an expensive enterprise and questions the meaning and boundaries of the human spirit and our hunger for adventure and discovery.

Christian Frei
Born 1959 in Schönenwerd, Switzerland, Christian Frei studied visual media in University of Fribourg. He has been working as an independent filmmaker and producer since 1984. War Photographer, his portrait of James Nachtwey, was nominated for Oscar in Documentary Feature category. It received twelve international awards. In 2006, his feature documentary, The Giant Buddhas, was shown in competition in Sundance.
